This Week’s Trading Setup

This market remains great for short-term trading on select names while the $SPY ( ▼ 0.11% ) and $QQQ ( ▼ 0.14% ) are still in ranges. However, that can all change this week with Fed minutes. Last week $CELH ( ▲ 1.08% ) was on my radar and it proved to be a nice trade and there is more of that this week despite the broad market.

Two Setups on My Screen

$MSFT ( ▼ 0.3% )
This was on my radar all last week and I think this week we can get some heavy downside which makes for a great asymmetric short setup that I am going to get into inside.

$TSLA ( ▲ 0.68% )
Tesla highlighted that FSD Supervised has accumulated roughly 13 billion miles with about 1.5 million users. For TSLA, incremental evidence that the data flywheel is scaling matters because the market increasingly values Tesla on autonomy/robotaxi rather than simply auto earnings.

Analyst support Friday. TD Cowen reiterated its Buy rating and $460 price target on Aug 14 and the chart has a signal we can’t ignore.
