This week we’re rolling out a new part of the LongVol platform built specifically for shorter-term opportunities: the Active Trader Radar.

The goal is simple — identify liquid stocks with options that have a credible path to move 15% or more over the next 1–30 trading days, then give you the levels that actually matter before the move happens.

The radar combines short-term momentum, catalysts, breakout structure, options positioning, implied volatility, gamma levels and our existing Fib Breakout work into one monitor. Instead of just telling you a stock looks interesting, it gives you a framework for the trade:

What’s moving. Why it matters. Where the trigger is. Where the setup fails. And where options positioning suggests price could accelerate or get pinned.

Every run also includes our seven core names — MSFT, META, AMD, MU, NVDA, TSLA and COIN — along with fresh setups across the market when something genuinely stands out.

The biggest difference is selectivity.

This isn’t a screen designed to produce 20 ideas every day. If there aren’t compelling setups, we won’t force them. When a name does make the cut, it should have a combination of liquidity, volatility, catalyst strength and asymmetric upside or downside potential that makes it worth putting on the trading desk.

Today’s radar is already flagging several important decision points — including an AMD expansion setup, a major ORCL earnings map, continued momentum in MU, and NVDA sitting almost directly on a key 78.6% Fib level.
