This market is changing every hour which means a lot of the higher beta names are swinging quicker than usual which is good if you’re glued to the screens and bad if you’re not.

I don’t mind trading the opens with the SAT strats but I don’t like sitting at the screen all day which is why I’ve been rotating into some staples and other names, like $NKE ( ▼ 1.17% ) which I flagged last week.

I have a few updates on my positions (including $NKE ( ▼ 1.17% ) ) and two new long setups this week that I really like.
