These highs still feel strange on the broad market names and with $NFLX ( ▼ 10.07% ) missing earnings pretty bad it dragged some other tech names lower and with it the Nasdaq and SP500. These ranges we’re seeing right now are pretty wide in most of these indices which makes it a bit harder to position trade much but there are some notes to the Sunday trades I am updating in this post plus a quick note on implied volatility on $RBLX ( ▼ 3.88% ) this week which is extremely elevated.
$TSLA ( ▼ 0.82% ) reports after the bell today and the expected move right now is about $31 so just like $NFLX ( ▼ 10.07% ) there will be a reaction on the broad markets.
The $SPY ( ▼ 0.52% ) is still holding strong today and we found support at the 38.2 Fibonacci level on the 60H chart today but with Tesla reporting after hours that may get tested again and any move below that should open this market up to a bit of selling so as long as we hold that we’re still bullish.
