The Long/Short Show: Episode 1
Housing Stocks Spooked.
Back in May I started to look at some data and wrote about it in a piece here on the blog called: The Debtor Era.
I referenced a few data points:
Credit card debt
Student loan repayments
But even with that KB Homes (ticker) KBH rallied some +30% that month and slightly more into July.

NAIL - the homebuilder ETF soared nearly +40% from that post and stalled out near mid $80s.
Sometimes things just don’t make sense but that’s why I am a believer in my framework of price & fundamentals.
