Update to Positions From Sunday
$680-$683 was key here on $SPY and we are clearing that on the futures overnight and even though the flows have been slow we should see a move into Friday on the market and a few of the names I talked about in the Sunday Best Ideas Post.
I think we’re going to be just as choppy/slow into this end of week and with Thanksgiving next week even slower but there is one update to one of the trades I talked about so I just want to give you all some quick notes on that.
Another name I talked about the last 3-weeks and in the Sunday Best Ideas post was $VLO ( ▼ 0.02% ) which has had a nice breakout so far this week and really all of energy names $EOG ( ▼ 0.41% ) and $XOM ( ▼ 0.94% ) included in that. This is where I wanted to focus my trades given all of this market chop because energy is playing catch up here into end of year and this Valero trade is just starting so for those who missed it take a look at my notes.
