Thanksgiving is Cool.

Let us give thanks.

Holiday season for me feels like relief for some reason. Maybe because I know that everyone else is taking it easy too so I don’t feel the FOMO of “being left behind”.

But, I have too much freedom to appreciate holidays.

And for that I am most thankful.

I am also thankful for:

  • My friends, a small but valuable group, there’s a few who are like family and you can’t ask for more, especially as you get older.

  • My family, even though it’s small.

  • - for P&L purposes and nothing else (to be clear).

  • My investors, readers of the report and supporters of my work over the years.

  • Taco boys in Phoenix, if you ever visit me there, I will take you.

  • Passing the series 65 this Summer and opening the investment management firm.

I am not thankful for leaf-blowers, the roosters that wake me up way too early in Puerto Rico, Lina Khan, robo-callers, people who ask for advice then do the opposite and people who talk on speaker phone in public.

I hope Thanksgiving is fun and relaxing for all of you.

See you Sunday with the final LongVol Report of the year.

Dan
