Notable Trades for The Week
Each week I plan to highlight a few trades from The Full LongVol Report and trades that our DeltaOne group takes.
Valero (et all energy) - Been long this in the AST Alert portfolio and others have been trading in and out of this. New highs, gains booked and register ringing in DeltaOne!

MSFT - This was a Top 3 idea from Momentum Monitor thit week and a lot of DeltaOne traders cashed in. New highs and traded it on the pullback.

In another reckless move from this administration, they talked about tax on stock buybacks which is just ridiculous by all accounts. One thing I talk about is paying attention to government policies and changes to see how certain sectors can/could be affected and sadly this is an example of it - in all it’s ridiculousness!

Housing affordability hit new lows again and is the worst on record according to Bloomberg. At the end of last Summer, I had a pretty sizable, short on numerous housing names expressed through some equity and various options structures which paid out heavily.
When I made the video explaining it, I talked about how Q2 2024 would be the time for me to revisit this. We are there and almost for the same reasons as prior on the short thesis, but we are here again, and I expect this to be one of the bigger trades of the year, provided, it works as expected.

This time around there are some names on my radar to build this basket of shorts and just like the oil longs in Q1 were the big core position, these shorts, may end up being the core…I can’t give away the other stuff, sorry!
Moving on…
And today is the last day for the early-bird pricing on FOPT so be sure to get that if you’re going to wizen up finally to really learning to do this.
Enjoy the weekend.
